I know I’ve said this before but I can not express enough just how good the ocean is for you! Here is why…
Did you know finishing your workout with a dip in the ocean can reduce inflammation in the body if the water is cold? Are you feeling tight and sore after your morning jog on the sand or beach workout sesh? Jump in!!! You will feel better instantly and your body will thank you.
Besides reducing aches and pains, the salt water can help clear breakouts or acne. It will dry it up faster than most over the counter acne medicines. Why not naturally exfoliate your body while you’re at it? After your workout, jump in the ocean, then run back to the sand and roll around in it so from your neck down until you are completely covered, then go jump back in and with the salt water rinse it off in a circular motion. 1 medium tomato
1 cooked chicken breast
salsa to taste
1 tbsp olive oil *optional for a healthy fat
salt & pepper to taste
Cut the avocado , tomato, and chicken up in squares and put it in a bowl. Add as much salsa as you like. Its totally healthy. Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle the olive oil on top* optional. Stir just enough to mix the ingredients but not so much that it gets mushy and Viola!! Easy, healthy, and delicious ! This recipe is really great if you are short on time or need a quick snack and/or lunch.
